Sourdough pizza and manakeesh in Kuwait
Our 14-inch pizzas are built on hand-stretched sourdough: a Margherita with San Marzano tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella and basil; a creamy mushroom pizza on a white sauce; pepperoni with hot honey; a vegetarian; and a sundried tomato, olive and feta pizza.
If you prefer a Levantine classic, we also bake zaatar, cheese and half-and-half manakeesh. And if you like to make your own, our long-fermented, highly hydrated sourdough pizza dough is available to order.
