Focaccia bread in Kuwait
Soft, Italian-style focaccia in flavours that lean Mediterranean and Middle Eastern: cherry tomatoes and olives, mixed seeds, fermented red onion with spicy chili, fresh zaatar and sumac, and versions with fresh mozzarella or feta and sundried tomato.
Every flavour comes in a mini size for one or two people as well as a full size for sharing, and our focaccia baskets feed groups of 15 to 30.
