All DoughNation products are freshly prepared food items. Due to their perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered or collected.

Eligibility for Exchange or Resolution

While returns are not accepted, we are committed to customer satisfaction. An exchange or appropriate resolution may be offered if:

• An incorrect item was delivered
• A product arrived damaged or compromised
• A verified quality issue is identified

Each case is reviewed carefully to ensure fairness and consistency.

Reporting an Issue

To help us assist you efficiently:

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
• Clear details of the concern must be provided
• Supporting photos may be requested for verification

Requests made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Exchange Process

If an issue is approved:

• We may offer a replacement product, store credit, or refund at our discretion
• Exchanges are subject to product availability and delivery schedules
• Replacements may be delivered with the next available delivery slot

Non-Eligible Cases

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Delays caused by incorrect delivery information
• Issues reported after the stated timeframe
